Pottery

My work as a ceramic conservator and restorer is rooted in close, careful study of objects that have endured across centuries. Every fragment, surface, and form carries traces of the hands that made and used it, offering a constant source of inspiration.

This practice informs my own pottery, where I draw on a wide range of cross-cultural influences, reinterpreting them through a contemporary lens. I’m interested in how ideas, motifs, and techniques travel through time and place, and how they can be brought together in unexpected ways.

The result is a collection of pieces that balance the historical with the playful and functional forms shaped by the past, but made to be used and enjoyed in the present.
